Return & Exchange Policy

You can exchange items purchased from Expo Outfits by contacting customer service (via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or Facebook). Exchanges are allowed under these conditions:

  1. Request for exchange must be made within 48 working hours of delivery.
  2. The item must be in original packaging with the tag intact and unused (no stains, odors, or signs of wear).
  3. Items on sale can only be exchanged at the sale price.
  4. No refund claims for discounted or sale items.
  5. Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability within the same category.
  6. Rs. 500/- exchange charge applies (includes pick-up and delivery), except for free exchanges from our warehouse.

Note: All claims will be processed within 15 days. Expo Outfits follows a No Refund Policy once the order has been placed and delivered.


Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order by emailing us the order number and issue at [expooutfit202@gmail.com] or by contacting [+92 309 8790567].

  • Orders can be canceled before processing. Once shipped, our Exchange Policy applies.
  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement, except for Same Day/Express Delivery orders, which cannot be canceled.
